[ANN] Updates

With the release of El Capitan comes the release of the third edition of ‘Everyday AppleScriptObjC’. The book has been updated to cover the changes introduced in OS X 10.11, and expanded generally. It’s aimed at users of Mavericks, Yosemite and El Capitan. A bargain at $US14.95.

At the same time ASObjC Explorer, the script editor designed specifically for writing and debugging AppleScriptObjC code, is being offered at a reduced price of 20% off: only $US39.95. It it also designed for users of Mavericks and later, and you can download it and try it out for free for 30 days.

And the script library BridgePlus has been updated to version 1.2.0. This provides many of the same AppleScriptObjC features as El Capitan under Mavericks and Yosemite, making it ideal for writing backwards-compatible scripts. It also offers a host other goodies, and it’s free.
