March is almost over. I just installed the latest and greatest Outlook. And no dice:
Which Outlook interface are you using?
New Outlook or Old Outlook?
It matters.
Your script works for me with old Outlook interface.
For New Outlook AppleScript support was supposed to be available this month. Again itâs not.
One of many reasons I only use Old Outlook.

The MS roadmap site says Applescript will be implemented in New Outlook, date: Nov. '23. BTW, I couldnât use Safari there, I had to use Chrome.

Microsoft has announced AppleScript support for New Outlook for the last 3 years or so. Every time there is no change. So Iâm not optimistic.

Microsoft keeps AppleScript support for November 2023. Do you have any new news?
Version 16.80 (23112210) from today still doesnât support any account in AppleScript. I donât see any progress.

As the planned release date has already been postponed several times, I am not confident that it will actually be met in December 2025.
The lack of Applescript support for the ânew Outlookâ is causing us increased support costs and frustration among our customers.

Itâs costing me money because my app needs AppleScript to work. Some companies have mandated the use of âNew Outlookâ and the users canât go back.
