setting size of text in a table view

Hi,
Is there a way of setting the text size of data in a table view? Any help would be appreciated.

In IB, Select the table you wish to modify. Under the “Format” menu, select “Font,” submenu, “Show Fonts.” Choose the typeface, style and size that you wish to use.
