i have a template folder that has a number of basic template files that I use on a daily basis. The template folder is in one location that will probably never change. I’m looking for a script that will copy the template folder to the current finder path, and then rename the coped folder using the current date in the format “yymm mmm yyyy”. i.e., In Finder I will navigate to where I want the template folder copied, I’ll select the Service which will in turn copy the template folder to the current path and then rename it in the format “yymm mmm yyyy”.
