JAMF - Will letting IT install it mess up my extensive Applescripting?

Hi all. I asked this on LNS but no one answered.

IT wants to install JAMF https://www.jamf.com on our Macs to remotely “manage” them.

We’re using a lot of Applescript to automate Filemaker Pro, InDesign CC, Photoshop CC, and Outlook, along with shell scripts, on Mojave.

Does anyone have any advice for installing/not installing JAMF in relation to our various scripted workflows? Ie, will all the Applescript and shell scripting still work as before? Will permissions be a problem? Is JAMF an automated workflow show-stopper?

Thanks for any advice and insights!
