Apple Script Menu

Hello, I’m a newbie to Apple Script. I really just installed it to mess around a little. Anway, after installing the Apple Script Beta from Apple’s website I noticed a menu for Apple Scripts on the right side of my menu bar. Could somebody tell me if there is an easy way to remove this?

Press and hold the command (Apple) key while dragging the script icon off of the menu bar.
