AppleScript core dictionary?

There seems to be a dictionary for every application under the sun, but no dictionary for actual core applescript commands (beep or say etc). There is a dictionary for commanding applescript itself (kind of pointless…) but no dictionary for the commands you use in applescript.

Please help.

beep and say are part of Standard Additions (which does have its own dictionary).
