Need an AppleScript guru for two scripts.
One: uploading files from Tex-Edit Plus to Fetch for my two sites, MacSurfer and TechNN.
Two: from within Tex-Edit Plus I’d like to be able to paste from 2 clipboards, as well as to input some HTML formatting.

There’s a script at The Official AppleScripts for Tex-Edit Plus Archives which might be useful. The script is named SaveUpLoad (to Fetch). If you need help customizing for your use, feel free to follow up here. 
I’m not sure if I understand, or if this script will help but, from the same archive, here’s Save Clipboard in TE+. TE+ has a convert to HTML option under Scripts>Convert menu. Do you need something other than that?
