Anyone else having problems with this new Panther/Mail script not working as expected?

Selecting a bunch of message that aren’t from a mesage list works as expected: the script fails with an appropriate error; but selecting emails that are from a mailing list simply doesn’t work.
Could the problem be, about half way down, I get a line that reads:
– Now set up the rule for the mailbox
set listIdHeader to extract address from given «class eadr»:(item 1 of listId as string)
With the odd «class eadr» entry?
If so, how do I fix it, as this would be a really useful script.
