Creating a text box

HI All,
I am new to applescript developement.I want to create a user login screen i am able to create buttons but i am not able to create text boxes my screen should look like the following

user name : text box
password : text box

Login(button) Exit(button)

CAn anyone pls tell me how to create this and pls tell me how to sccess the values of the text boxes .Pls help in asap .

Both include samples and are not very hard to use… (appearance for Mac OS is now freeware, check developer’s web site)
