I have a script that is using a dialog box, but the box keeps disapairing while the scrip runs is there a way to keep the box in the from most view during the process?

Unfortunately, this is not possible with vanillia AppleScript.
You should consider “Objective-C” or use a utility such as “CocoaDialog”.
