I can’t get two text entry boxes I can get one to work but can’t get two to work

display dialog “Text Entry” default answer “Answer” & return & return “text entry 2” default answer “Answer 2”

I don’t know If I am way or not but it does not work

I have looked but can’t find any examples

Can anyone tell me how to do this.

You’ll need to use additional software to do this. Assuming pre-OS X, you might want to take a look at the Dialog Director osax (not for the faint of heart but the download includes a lot of sample code).
