Email from App

I need to write a small app that should notify an administrator by email informations.
The app can be installed on client with simply drag and drop. No setup is required.
How is possible to implement the Send Email without configure anything on clients?
Of course the user on client press a Send button.
I think this is a general question that can be related to apps written using AS, ASS and ASOC.

Maybe you can use this Framework:

I think it has all the tools you may need. And they will be accessible from ASOC.
