Export text from Xpress 4, Mac OS 9

I’ve been able to export the text from story 1 of document 1, to a specific file.

Is it possible to export a story as something other than raw text? As Word format, for instance?

At the moment, I’m using:

save story 1 of document 1 in <filepath>

The save command has an optional ‘as’, but what goes with it?!

You asked this awhile back if you don’t have your answer yet it’s

export story 1 of document 1 in as “Microsoft Word 8.0” without selection only

When your in Quark and your goto export text look under the format option. What ever you have listed in there you should be able to use in the script IE the “Microsoft Word 8.0”
