from logo URL to a cell in Numbers (as image fill)

Let’s say I have a URL of a logo →

https://vietnamteachingjobs.com/wp-content/uploads/wpjobboard/job/73112/company-logo/__64x64_ila_logo.png

My end result is to try to get the logo displayed in a cell in Numbers.

If I right click on an image in Safari and the paste it into a cell in Numbers, the image gets pasted in as a background image fill, which is an acceptable result for me.

How would I do this with AppleScript?
