iphoto keyword - check mark

does anyone know what identifier to use to mark a photo with the check mark found in keywords.

i am simply trying to do a keyboard equivalent of selecting this keyword.

click on photo
use command zero
the photo gets marked as checked.

if am going about this the wrong i would appreciate any guidance.

After selecting the required photo(s) in iPhoto, iztech, try running this:

tell application "iPhoto" to assign keyword string "_Favorite_"
