Lock the Terminal , to protect from the new virus..

Hi

I’m looking to write a script (if its possible) to lock the Terminal.
I mean that you need the admin password to run the Terminal.

If you will try to open a JPG file (e.g.) and its real a Terminal file the lock will
stop the file to run…

I may say something very stupid, but if give rights to execute terminal application only to root user ?

This isn’t something you would do with AppleScript. (And technically, it’s not a virus.)

Are you referring to the “Leap-A” trojan? “Oompa Loompa”?

I made an application called “Oompa Stompa” which makes the locations which the Trojan installs bits to, require root access (which it can’t get). It will also remove the trojan if you already have it. You can get it from my website: www.lambodev.co.uk EDIT: (Closed while I look for someone to team up with to make a little company. Of course I’m not worry about this donkey:D (Trojan)
because I’m not downloading anything, if someone send me a file via e-mail or iChat I’m open it via “open with…”

But I know about a lot of users that don’t sure about what they are doing so I’m trying to help them,
I just start to learn AppleScript so I don’t really know about it, but probably it’s not will work…
