mail and Window friendly attachments?

Hi

i have a script that attaches photos to an email I send to clients as jpegs. Occasionally I get a problem where the client cant save them as a jpeg but only as a bitmap. The problem appears to be if the image is not “attached” but embedded in the text outlook can’t handle it. Is there a work around because I can’t see anything in the dictionary that options “save as windows friendly.”

Hi,

I recommend to send .zip files and put the attachment(s) always at the very end of the mail text

Thanks Stefan but I never had to zip a file. Have you got a handler around you can post to show me the way?
