Quark: How to change the values in item runaround?

I understand how to turn item runaround on for a box, but I don’t see anything in the box properties where I can change the values away from the defaults. Does anyone have any insights?

You can use “text outsets” but you can’t set individual outsets, you can only change all to a single value.

set text outsets of the current box to "12 pt"

Well, that’s a bummer. I guess I’ll keep doing that by hand. Thanks for the help, though.
