Reminders...

How would I make an AppleScript application, which I can ask to remind me to to things. I had a go, but I don’t have the knowledge on how to do this.

I was trying to make it with a dialog box which had a text box inside it and I could type “remind me to do something tomorrow at 17:00” or “remind me to do something else at 13:00” (meaning 1 PM today).

Once I’ve typed this, it would be good if it would make a new iCal todo item with the words after “to” up to “tomorrow” or “at” as the name with a “message with sound” alarm.

Any help would be much appreciated. :slight_smile:

Ok, thanks for that. :slight_smile: It’s just that I’d prefer the kind of interface I specified in my first post, because I was hoping on integrating it into an application I’m working on.
