Script Editor lost Formatting Prefs

Hi, I updated to Catalina from Mojave and now my Script Editor cannot set formatting and other prefs. I tried trashing the prefs file to no avail. Anybody have a suggestion on how to restore it to proper operation? Thanks in advance!

I think I found the answer: it was Script Debugger. I didn’t have the app installed, but I deleted its old components and now my Apple Script Editor’s text preferences are accessible.
