Script for picture box

Hi,

I need a script for importing a image from any location then automatically put a text box to same width and height of the picture then i need that text box to extend for 4pts in width and height and make center the figure to that box and put a .5pt rule inside that picture box.

Please help…

What program are you importing the image into and what does your
script look like so far? Post what you have and what specific areas
you are having trouble with.
