Semi-transparent window with opaque text field?

Greetings AS Studio gurus,

I am trying to create floating text in front of a semi-opaque black box (to make the text more read-able). I was wondering if there is a way to have a semi-transparent window, but have text within a text field in that wondow be opaque? I know how to make the window transparent, but the text field follows the transparency of the window. If this is not possible, could you have a completely transparent window with opaque text? I could put that window in front of my other semi-opaque window and get the same desired effect. Let me know. Thanks so much. :slight_smile:

Ive been looking for ways to do this myself, and like you have been trying to figure out ways
of getting the text etc to remain opaque.
I have been given a link to a site where you can download source code etc, it’s
exactly what ive been looking for, hope this helps you also.
